Responsibilities
Zhang Liwei is responsible for housing and construction, transportation, state-owned assets affairs, market supervision and regulation, quality supervision, food and drug regulation, intellectual property rights and public works.
He oversees the work of Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, Municipal Transport Bureau, Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Management Commission, Municipal Market Supervision and Regulation Bureau, and Municipal Public Works Bureau.
He liaises with Shenzhen Maritime Safety Administration under the Ministry of Transport, Municipal Postal Administration, and Central Government-owned enterprises based in Shenzhen.
Biography
Zhang Liwei, male, ethnic Han, born in July 1969, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a doctoral degree in engineering. He is now Vice Mayor and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, and Secretary of CPC Longgang District Committee.
