在深圳市档案馆，珍藏着一封封来自深塔中学学生的手写信，信中饱含真情：“您就像我的母亲一样，当我遇到挫折时鼓励着我，是您的鼓励使我坚强，感谢您成就了我，我的黄妈妈。”“黄妈妈”是谁？她就是来自深圳市南山区学府中学的老师——黄志红，在两度援疆支教期间，她与深塔中学的孩子们结下了深厚情谊。

A collection of handwritten letters from the students of Shenta Middle School located in the Pamir mountains is well preserved in the Shenzhen Archives. Those letters are full of the deep affection expressed among the students for their teachers: “You are like my mother, who encouraged me when I was down. It is your encouragement that makes me strong. Thank you for helping me, my Mother Huang.” Huang Zhihong, who is also known as “Mother Huang,” is a teacher from Xuefu Middle School in Nanshan District, Shenzhen. During her two times of volunteer teaching in Xinjiang, she in return also developed a deep affection for the students of Shenta Middle School.

黄志红分别在2017年9月和2019年2月两次前往深塔中学援疆支教。2019年1月10号，她给深塔中学的孩子上完最后一课，依依惜别之际，大学刚毕业的教师“徒弟”伊利亚儿也难过地说，“黄老师，下学期是初三，你走了我们怎么办。”孩子们的呼唤、徒弟的不舍一直萦绕在旁，那几十个孩子马上就要面临中考了，黄志红实在是放不下他们，回到深圳后不久，便毅然报名加入下一届援疆队伍，再次踏上援疆支教之路。

Huang went to Shenta Middle School as a volunteer teacher in September 2017 and February 2019. On January 10, 2019, when she finished her last lesson in Shenta Middle School, her “apprentice” Elijah, a teacher who had just graduated from her university, was heart-broken. Not long after returning to Shenzhen, she resolutely joined the next group of volunteer teachers in Xinjiang.

像“黄妈妈”这样的援疆教师还有很多。2010年，深圳第一批援疆支教教师身着红色羽绒服，辗转万里横跨大半个中国，来到西北边境城市喀什市，在教育第一线开展为期一年的支教工作。自此，“深圳红”成为深圳援疆支教教师的代名词。自2010年以来，深圳共选派10批197名教师赴新疆支教。深圳援疆教师为当地教育注入了来自特区的新鲜理念，留下一支支带不走、过得硬的教师队伍，涌现出“一家三口齐援疆”的“全国援疆先进个人”韩世国、“圆万名孩子读书梦”的尹庆华等一批教育援疆先进典型，他们被誉为“帕米尔高原上的深圳红”。

In 2010, the first batch of volunteer teachers from Shenzhen dressed in red down jacket uniforms and traveled thousands of miles to Kashgar, a northwestern border city of China, where they were volunteer teachers for one year. Since then, “Shenzhen Red” has become a synonym of Shenzhen volunteer teachers. Since 2010, a total of 10 groups of 197 teachers from Shenzhen have been sent to Xinjiang for volunteer teaching. Novel ideas were introduced to the local educators and a group of model teachers have emerged.

新疆维吾尔自治区领导曾称赞道：“深圳是在用心、用情、用爱来做教育援疆工作。”黄志红说，深圳援疆支教老师千千万，她只是其中最普通的那一个。深圳援疆教师以实际行动，帮助各受援省市（区县）提高办学水平，走出了一条具有深圳特色的教育对口帮扶之路。

The leaders of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region praised the program when they said, “Shenzhen’s volunteer teachers are teaching with heart, affection and love.” Volunteer teachers from Shenzhen assisted Xinjiang with improving its education level, thus creating a road of education assistance with Shenzhen characteristics.
