在深圳市档案馆举办的《先行之路——深圳经济特区档案文献展》中，有一份特殊的实物档案感动了千百观众。

In the “Demonstration Road - the Archives and Documents Exhibition of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone” held by the Shenzhen Archives, a special physical archive has touched thousands of visitors.

这份档案是一封抗疫家书，来自于深圳市康宁医院睡眠医学科医师屈云红的哥哥，它见证了新冠肺炎疫情暴发后，深圳医护人员将“小我融入大我”的信仰，以及坚守“疫情就是命令，防控就是责任”的信念。

The archive is a family letter from the brother of Qu Yunhong, a sleep medicine physician at Shenzhen Kangning Hospital, which bears witness to the strong faith of Shenzhen’s medical workers and their adherence to the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic.

自2019年12月以来，一场突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情逐步在全国乃至全球蔓延，为共克时艰，齐心战胜“疫魔”，广大深圳医护人员在抗疫前线日夜奋战。但面对未知的疫情和巨大的心理压力，许多深圳市民和医护人员都出现了失眠、焦虑等症状。2020年2月24日，屈云红主动请缨，加入了第6批支援深圳市第三人民医院（下称“深三院”）的医疗队，为新冠肺炎患者和一线医护人员提供心理救治。

Since December 2019, a sudden outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic has spread across China and the world. To fight against the epidemic, Shenzhen’s medical workers were fighting on the front line day and night. However, in the face of the unknown epidemic, these medical workers underwent great psychological pressure and many of them suffered from insomnia, anxiety and other symptoms. On February 24, 2020, Dr. Qu Yunhong, a sleep medicine physician from Shenzhen Kangning Hospital, volunteered to join the 6th medical team to support the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen (hereinafter referred to as “Shenzhen Third Hospital”), providing psychological treatment for the patients and front-line medical workers.

同样与屈云红战斗在抗疫一线的哥哥屈云峰听闻此讯后，执笔书写了家信一封：“于疫情之下，寻民之悲者、伤者、哀者、戚者，以言慰之、导之、疏之、直之愈也，此乃汝之使命，亦汝之幸矣！”这既是哥哥对妹妹的训勉，也是对她”赴戎”的肯定与支持。

Qu Yunfeng, Qu Yunhong’s brother, was also a medical worker fighting in the front line. When he heard his sister’s story, he wrote a family letter, saying: “During the epidemic, it is your mission and luck to comfort, guide, and cure the patients.” This was not only an admonition and encouragement to his sister, but also an affirmation and expression of support for her.

深三院是深圳抗疫的“主战场”，高峰时期，一天需要收治60名新冠肺炎患者。在支援期间，屈云红凭借专业的心理健康服务，不仅为患者提供了“柔性”心理干预，也时刻关注医护人员的心理健康状况，为医患及时戴上了“心灵口罩”。

The Shenzhen Third Hospital has been the “main battlefield” of the fight against the epidemic. During its peak, 60 patients were admitted daily. Qu Yunhong, with her professional mental health services experience, not only provided “flexible” psychological intervention for the patients, but also paid attention to the mental health of the medical workers.

这封抗疫家书饱含着亲人间浓浓的关切与挂念，凝聚着战疫英雄的赤子之心和家国情怀，无数像屈云红一般的医护人员守护着人民群众的生命安全与身体健康，照亮了通往“疫散花开”的胜利彼岸。         

This family letter is full of deep concern and care for family members and expresses the medical workers’ deep feelings for the country. Countless medical workers like Qu Yunhong are guarding the people's lives and health.
