Acceptance criteria

Qualifying individual: a foreigner with a Chinese X1 or X2 student visa

Acceptance requirements: If the student visa indicates there is a requirement to apply for a residence permit after entry, the student shall apply within 30 days from the date of entry to obtain a foreigner’s residence permit from the appropriate exit and entry administrations of public security departments under local people's governments at or above the county level in the proposed places of residence for foreigner’s residence permits.
