Acceptance requirements
Aforeign-invested partnership company may be deregistered when one of the following conditions is met:
1. Upon expiration of the term of partnership, the partners decide to cease operation;
2. Any cause of dissolution set forth in the partnership agreement arises;
3. The partners unanimously agree on the dissolution of the partnership;
4. The number of partners has remained less than that specified by the law for 30 days or more;
5. The purpose of partnership set forth in the partnership agreement has been realized or has failed to be realized;
6. The partnership has had its business license suspended or revoked, or has been ordered to close down by the law;
7. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
