Shenzhen Museum celebrates 40th anniversary

Visitors look at a screen showing past archaeology works in Shenzhen at an exhibition celebrating the 40th anniversary of the founding of Shenzhen Museum at the museum’s ancient art division on Tongxin Road in Futian District. The exhibition, which runs until June 30 next year, displays old photos, videos, books and ancient relics as a retrospect to the museum’s achievements in collection, heritage protection, exhibition, public education and exchange. As of now, the museum has four divisions in the city with more than 40,000 items in collection.
