Metro riders entering all Metro stations in Shenzhen are required to show green health codes starting 8 p.m. today, according to an announcement released by Shenzhen Metro Group.
Passengers can search the “粤省事” (yueshengshi) or “深i您” WeChat miniprogram on the application of WeChat or scan the miniprogram codes posted in the Metro stations to get the green health codes.
For seniors, children and other people who have difficulties in using mobile phones, they can have their green health codes registered and shown for inspection at Metro stations by their companions. They can also have the codes printed out and bring the prints with them while traveling by Metro. The prints should be in color and be printed within seven days before the trip.
