Intl. students try intangible culture

Guguchia Khatia from Georgia (C) and Oh Aroum from South Korea (R) try their hand at Chinese inside painting at Wenbo Palace in Longgang District on Friday for the Fourth Shenzhen Intangible Cultural Heritage Week. The activity, which kicked off Friday, had eight international students from Shenzhen University’s College of International Exchange participating on the opening day. It features 29 intangible cultural heritages such as Gankeng Hakka bamboo hat making techniques, leather carving and Nan’ao sea urchin zongzi. Many traditional performances will also be staged during the week.
