Conditions for acceptance
An applicant is eligible if all the following conditions are met:
1. Changes have occurred in the filing matters of the representative office.
2.For filing matters that require prior approval under laws, administrative regulations, or decisions of the State Council, approval from the relevant licensing authority must be obtained.

1. Application
The applicant shall make an application on the website of Guangdong Government Services, where a procedure number will be generated.
2. Acceptance
The handling personnel will make a decision of whether to accept the application within three working days.
If the applicant is eligible for application, and the application materials are complete, compliant with the relevant formal requirements and in line with statutory forms, the application will be accepted.
If the applicant is not eligible for application, or the application materials are not complete or not in line with statutory forms, the application will not be accepted and a notice of rejection will be issued.
3. Examination
The handling personnel will examine the application within one working day.
4. Approval
If the application materials are complete and in line with statutory forms, the handling personnel will make a decision of approval.
If the application materials do not fit the relevant formal or completeness requirements, a decision of disapproval will be made.
5. Conclusion
Conclusion comes after a decision of approval; in which case an administrative decision will be made and a Change Filing Notice will be produced(or the registration certificate for resident representative office of foreign (regional) enterprise).
6. License collection
The authorized person shall claim the Change Filing Notice by presenting the application receipt. The personnel will check the enterprise's letter of authorization, the authorized person's identity document, and the procedure number of the application before providing the Change Filing Notice(or the registration certificate for resident representative office of foreign (regional) enterprise).
lf delivery by express was selected at the time of application, the personnel will mail the Change Filing Notice, to the address provided by the applicant(or the registration certificate for resident representative office of foreign (regional) enterprise).
Window processing procedure
1. Application
The applicant shall make an online appointment for application on the website of Guangdong Government Services, where a procedure number will be generated. The applicant is required to take a number and submit the application materials at the service window or mail the application material to the service window at the appointed time.
2. Acceptance
Where the application materials are complete and in line with statutory forms, the staff at the service window shall issue a written receipt of materials instantly.
If the applicant is not eligible for application, or the application materials are not complete or not in line with statutory forms, the application will not be accepted and a notice of rejection will be issued instantly.
In case of the application materials being incomplete and therefore requiring supplementation or correction, the staff shall notify the applicant of everything that requires to be supplemented or corrected all at once on the spot. The examination will resume after supplementations or corrections are made by the applicant pursuant to the relevant requirements.

With one working days, the handling personnel will examine whether the application materials fit the formal and completeness requirements.
4. Approval
The procedure is required to be completed within two working day. If the application materials are complete and in line with statutory forms, the handling personnel will make a decision of approval.
