Conditions for acceptance
An application for registration of a branch of a foreign-invested partnership company shall be eligible if all of the following conditions are met:
1. It has a legally compliant name.
2. It has a fixed business domicile.
3. It has appointed corresponding management organization and person-in-charge.
4. Its business scope is legally compliant.
5. If the registration of a branch of foreign-invested company must be reported for approval in accordance with the law, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, approval from the relevant competent authority is required.
