Conditions for acceptance
A foreign-invested partnership company shall make a filing if all of the following conditions are met:
1. There is an alteration in the company’s registration items;
2. When the filing of the company’s items must be reported for approval in accordance with the law, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, approval from the relevant licensing authorities is required;
3. A decision is made by all partners or the specified persons agreed in the partnership contract.
