Grab your seat: National Games ticket sales start

Tickets for the 15th National Games and the 12th National Paralympic Games, together with the 9th National Special Olympics, went on sale on August 13 via the events’ official ticketing system, organizers announced at a press conference in Guangzhou.


The system went live at 10 a.m. on August 13, and organizers expect more than 5 million tickets to be available.


Residents can purchase tickets through the official websites (15th National Games: https://ticket.baygames.cn; Para Games & Special Olympics: https://ticket.baygamespara.cn) or via the WeChat mini-programs “十五运会官方票务” (Official Ticketing for the 15th National Games) and “2025残特奥会官方票务” (Official Ticketing for the 2025 Para & Special Olympics).


Tickets for the 15th National Games will cover 32 sports, including popular events such as table tennis, basketball, badminton, and diving.


Tickets for events that will be held during the opening and closing ceremonies, including dragon and lion dances, tennis, 3×3 basketball, and karate, are also on sale.


Tickets will also be available for 15 major Para Games and Special Olympics events, such as taekwondo, boccia, badminton and athletics.


Pricing for the National Games are divided into nine tiers, ranging from 30 to 800 yuan (about US$4–$111). More than half of the tickets are priced below 100 yuan, roughly 30% are between 100 and 300 yuan, and about 20% are set at 500 to 800 yuan. Tickets for the Para Games and Special Olympics are offered in five tiers, from 5 to 50 yuan.


The first batch of competition tickets, which will go on sale starting Aug. 28, will cover 17 sports, including soccer, basketball, gymnastics, and shooting.


Additional batches will be released in stages according to the competition schedule, with tickets made available in chronological order of event start times.


Co-hosted by Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, the 15th National Games will be held from Nov. 9 to 21. The 12th National Paralympic Games and the 9th Special Olympics will take place from Dec. 8 to 15 across the three regions.
