The district pioneered the "Three-Person Group" model — integrating sentiment, reason, and law — which received the prestigious 2024 national "Fengqiao Experience" award for excellence. Its "500-meter Social Psychological Service Circle" earned seven national honors, including for social governance innovation. Guangming's Center for Comprehensive Social Order Management has been recognized as the only national model in Shenzhen and one of just two in Guangdong Province in the national ranking of standardized development of such centers. Guangming has consistently ranked among China's top 100 districts in social governance for five consecutive years.
