Bao'an District has established itself as Shenzhen's exclusive dual-seed-fund hub, having participated in 23 sub-funds to date. The launch of two flagship funds marks a strategic leap for Bao'an:Shenzhen Capital Group-Hongtu Seed Fund: Targeting AI, Smart Terminal, and Intelligent Robotics.Tongchuang Seed Fund: Focusing on Semiconductor & Integrated Circuits, Advanced Materials, and Advanced Medical Instrument.

打造“一门集中、一窗受理、一网通办、一号连通”的办事最简、审批最快、监管最实、服务最优的政务服务体系。全国首个 5G 智慧化国际化行政服务大厅，打造亲清政企服务直达平台（宝 i 企），政务服务实现“不见面审批”、“秒批”、“无感申办”。
Bao'an has created a "one-stop government service system" to provide the most convenient, efficient and transparent government services. It has built China's first 5G-powered smart international administrative service hall, "Enterprise Care" and "One-stop Enterprise Service Platform" to handle and approve matters online.
