The concert hall opened in 2007. The outer wall is painted in five colors, including yellow, red, green, whiteand black, which symbolize the five elements of Chinese tradition, such as the formation and inter relationships of all things. At the main entrance of the library and concert hall, respectivelystand a "Silver Tree" and a "Golden Tree", which symbolize the "cultural forest" and "city gate" of the city.
