The exhibition "Auspicious Jades — The Ming-Qing Period Collection of Hubei Provincial Museum" opened at Nanshan Museum in Shenzhen on the morning of April 30 .
The exhibition, with the theme of "Auspicious Jades", has four display sections, covering ritual jades, jade carvings of scholar's implements, decorative jades, as well as jade clothing and accessories. All exhibits come from Hubei Provincial Museum's collection, including Qing Palace items transferred by the Palace Museum, folk-sourced artifacts handed over by the government, and archaeological finds.
The exhibition focuses on jade carvings and combines various gemstones, showing the unique style of Ming and Qing jadeware.
