The Shenzhen–Hong Kong Marathon offers runners a unique cross-border experience, connecting Shenzhen and Hong Kong via the Shenzhen Bay Bridge.

Starting and finishing at Shenzhen Bay Sports Center, the race route traverses Nanshan District in Shenzhen and Yuen Long District in Hong Kong. Participants run through Shenzhen’s National High-tech Industrial Zone, the city’s vibrant urban center, and Hong Kong’s picturesque natural landscapes.
Temporary facilities are set up along the route for Athletics (Marathon) competitions of the 15th National Games.
