In a celebration of nature's splendor, the Greater Bay Area (GBA) Flower Show will be held from this Saturday to April 1 at its main venues at Bijia Mountain Sports Park and Lianhua Hill Park in Futian District, and its subvenue at Xiangmihu Flower Wonderland in Futian District.

Themed "Green and Beautiful Bay Area, Poetic and Flourishing Blooms," the flower show will display red larkspur flowers for the first time, highlighting the city's free and open spirit. Larkspur is also this year's show's theme flower.

With a total exhibition area of over 38,000 square meters, this year's show features six parts including different types of gardens designed by students, enterprises, and cities at its main venues. The subvenue will also set up four exhibition areas to meet citizens' need to appreciate and to be able to buy flowers.

Additionally, a series of unique cultural activities such as market fairs and a food festival will be held during the flower show period. About 17 catering enterprises, alongside several new energy vehicle brands, will participate in the food festival, presenting signature dishes and engaging in promotional sales.

Since its inception in 2019, the GBA Flower Show has been an annual event for four consecutive years, drawing the participation of hundreds of domestic and international institutions and individuals. The show has garnered a remarkable attendance, welcoming over 2 million visitors.
