Acceptance criteria

Qualifying individual: a foreigner with a Chinese Q1family reunion visa

Acceptance requirements: If the family reunion visa indicates there is a requirement to apply for a residence permit after entry, the applicant shall apply within 30 days from the date of entry to obtain a foreigner’s residence permit from the appropriate exit and entry administrations of public security organs under local people's governments at or above the county level in the proposed places of residence for foreigner’s residence permits.
