Acceptance requirements
A branch ofa foreign-invested company may be incorporated when all of the following conditions are met:
1. A name for the branch pursuant to relevant regulations is in place;
2. Operating premises and facilities compliant with relevant regulations are in place;
3. A corresponding management body and a responsible person are in place;
4. Its scope of business complies with relevant regulations; and
5. Where the incorporation of a branch of a foreign-invested company must be reported for approval in accordance with the law, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, and has been approved by the relevant licensing authorities.
