Acceptance requirements
A foreign (region) company within the territory of China may register an alteration of production and business operations when all of the following conditions are met:
1. There is an alteration of registration items of production and business operations conducted by a foreign (region) company within the territory of China; and
2. A resolution or decision on alteration has been made by the foreign (region) company in accordance with the law.
