Content of application | This administrative licensing applies to the registration of production and business operations conducted by a foreign (region) company within the territory of China with the approval of the People’s Government of Guangdong Province and its authorized departments. |
Acceptance requirements
A foreign company shall apply for registration if it is engaged in any of the following production and business activities:
1. Exploration and exploitation of onshore and offshore petroleum and other mineral resources;
2. Contract projects for the construction and decoration of houses and civil engineering or the installation of circuit pipelines and equipment;
3. Operation and management of foreign-invested companies by contracts or authorization;
4. Branches established in China by foreign banks;
5. Other production and businesses permitted by the State.
