Visitors admire lotus flowers at Honghu Park in Luohu District recently. Lotus flowers have now entered their blooming season. To enjoy viewing these blooms at the park, citizens need to hold a negative 48-hour nucleic acid test result and a green travel code, the city’s urban management authority said Thursday. Due to the city’s recent spate of heavy rains, this year’s lotus flowers are not as abundant as previous years, but its flowering period is expected to continue until mid-July. Citizens are also advised to stagger their travel to the park, as a cap of 9,000 visitors will be imposed.
