A sea glowing bright blue is seen at Xichong beach Tuesday night. When the temperatures rapidly rise in spring, algae outbreaks will be observed ashore. The outbreak of algae, especially bioluminescent algae, in the sea caused the water glow bright blue at night. The stunning sight typically observed in March in Shenzhen.
