According to the Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission, people entering Shenzhen from areas with medium and high COVID-19 infection risks must provide nucleic acid test results issued within seven days upon arrival. For those who come from low-risk areas, only health codes are needed.

The city’s health authority, citing a notice released by the provincial COVID-19 prevention and control headquarters, reminded that those returning to Guangdong Province should take a nucleic acid test before departure if they have been to medium- and high-risk areas in China or have stayed abroad in the past 21 days.

Upon arrival in Guangdong, these people should also immediately report to their workplaces, property management operators, hotels or community committees, and report health information on “粤康码” (“yuekangma”) via WeChat miniprogram “粤省事”(“yueshengshi”), according to the notice.

Starting from Thursday, Harbin City in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province has adjusted the COVID-19 risk level of Yutian Subdistrict of Limin Development Zone from high to low, and the risk level of Jianshelu Subdistrict of Hulan District from medium to low, China Central Television (CCTV) reported.

This means there were no high-risk COVID-19 infection areas in China as of Thursday.

According to CCTV, there are still four medium-risk areas in the country. They are: Gaocheng District of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province; Wangkui County of Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province; the Xingaoyuan Phase I residential complex in the Pudong New Area, Shanghai; and five communities in Dongchang District of Tonghua City, Jilin Province.
