City reports one asymptomatic COVID-19 case

On Aug. 4, Shenzhen reported an asymptomatic case of COVID-19.
The patient, a 37-year-old female Hong Kong citizen, was put into collective quarantine after entering the Chinese mainland via Shenzhen Bay Checkpoint. She tested positive, and was later sent to the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen. After a consultation of medical experts, she was diagnosed as an asymptomatic patient of COVID-19.
As of midnight of Aug. 4, Shenzhen had confirmed a total of 463 cases. Currently, one patient is in hospital for treatment.
