In order to better serve the public and further build a communication platform with active participation, timely feedback and comprehensive service, Shenzhen Government Online officially launched the page Have Your Say and Make Shenzhen Better on Wednesday, with the purpose of extensively collecting expats’ questions and suggestions and helping them deal with the problems that they meet in their daily life.

As the official website of the city government, Shenzhen Government Online connects Shenzhen with the public and provides comprehensive services to them, especially expats who live and work in Shenzhen.
The page Have Your Say and Make Shenzhen Better, which is set under the Contact column of Shenzhen Government Online, consists of two parts: Opinion collection and Q&A. In Opinion collection, four sections concerning eight aspects of expats’ daily life are provided to the users, including Ask a question, Make a suggestion, Make a complaint and Make a compliment, so that they can freely speak their mind. To ensure the smooth operation of the page, Shenzhen Government Online will work with government departments and Shenzhen Daily. Through joint efforts, an effective communication network and a long-lasting working mechanism will be established.
