In accordance with Article 39 of the “Law of The People’s Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety”, road sections will be closed to facilitate the constructions of Metro Line 9, Line 3, Line 6, Line 8 and Gangxia North transportation hub.
To facilitate the construction of Metro Line 9, Sea World Station, blasting will be carried out on Nanhai Boulevard 10-10:30 a.m. and 15-15:30 p.m. every day from Dec.11,2018 to May.4,2019. Gongye Road 1 between Guanhai Road Crossing to Taizi Road Crossing, Taizi Road between the crossing of Yinghui Estate car park and Gongye Road 1 Crossing, Nanhai Boulevard between Shekou International School and Gongye Road 1 Crossing will be closed in both directions for 1 minute during the abovementioned time period. While closures are in place, cars and pedestrians are forbidden to enter the construction area.
To facilitate the construction of Gangxia North transportation hub, route on the west of Shennan-Huanggang Interchange will continue to be closed from Jan.20,2019 to Jul.19,2019. Cars originally travelling east to Shennan Boulevard or south to Huanggang road from Fuke No.1 Road can first take the road on the east of Shenzhen International Innovation Center, then go west on Shennan Boulevard and make a U turn to head east or south.
The following routes will be affected by the construction of Metro Line 3 extension, Futian Bonded Zone Station:

Honghua Road between Haihong Road Crossing and Ruixiang Road Crossing will be closed from Jan.25,2019 to Jul.24,2019. Cars originally travelling to Futian Bonded Zone via the abovermentioned route can take Ronghua Road as an alternative route.

Binlang Road between Honghua Road Crossing and Shihua Road Crossing will be closed from Jan.25,2019 to Jul.24,2019. Cars originally travelling to Futian Bonded Zone via the abovermentioned route can take Haihong Road and Hongliu Road as alternative routes.

Zijing Road between Honghua Road Crossing and Shihua Road Crossing will be closed from Jan.25,2019 to Jul.24,2019. Cars originally travelling to Futian Bonded Zone via the abovermentioned route can take Ruixiang Road as an alternative route.

From Jan.25,2019 to Jul.24, 2019, the westbound Honghua Road between Haihong Road Crossing to Fenghuang Road Crossing, the northbound Ruixiang Road between Honghua Road Crossing and Shihua Road Crossing, and the southbound Yefeng Road between Guihua Road Crossing and Ronghua Road Crossing will be opened on both directions. Haihong Road between Honghua Road Crossing and Shihua Road Crossing will be opened only southbound. The westbound Honghua Road between Ruixiang Road Crossing and Yefeng Road Crossing will be opened eastbound.
To facilitate the construction of Metro Line 6, Xitou Station, Xitou Gongye Road 1 between Shajing Road Crossing and Songhuan Road Crossing will continue to be closed from Jan.25,2019 to Jul.24,2019. Cars originally travelling via abovementioned route can take Xitou Gongye Road 2 and Xitou Gongye Road 3 as alternative routes.
To facilitate the contruction of Metro Line 8 between Liantang Station to Wutong Mountain South Station, Qihao Road between Xitai Road Crossing and the entrance of Wutongyuan Estate will be closed from Jan.25,2019 to Jul.24,2019. Cars originally travelling via abovementioned route can take Xiantai Road as an alternative route.
Drivers are reminded to follow traffic signs and police commands while using the above-mentioned road sections.
