Govt. service hotlines integrated

Shenzhen government service hotline 12345 has recently completed the integration of 36 hotlines (except emergency hotlines 110, 119, 120 and 122) to provide more efficient “customer service” to enterprises and residents.


A total of 36 government service hotlines established by departments of the State Council and Guangdong Province in Shenzhen, as well as hotlines set up by various government departments citywide, have been classified and integrated into the 12345 government service hotline, Shenzhen Special Zone Daily reported.


Sixteen of the government service hotlines are integrated as a whole into 12345, 15 hotlines run parallel to 12345 and five hotlines are merged as subcenters in 12345.


To better respond to citizens’ needs, the 12345 hotline is linked to the provincial government’s service hotline platform, Shenzhen government online website and the “iShenzhen” app.
