Performance to cheer up cancer patients

Guo Liying, the leader of Shenzhen Phoenix Nirvana Art Troupe, plays the violin for patients with tumors at the Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Shenzhen Center on Tuesday. Guo, a cancer survivor herself, led seven performers who recovered from tumors to play the violin, dance and sing for the patients to encourage them to fight the illness. All of the 140 members in the troupe are cancer survivors.
