Robots at work at hot-pot restaurant

Customers collect hot-pot ingredients from a delivery box brought by a robot via a cloud tracking system at an AI hot-pot restaurant in Nanshan District that just opened this month. Several robots seen in the restaurant shined at this year’s China Hi-Tech Fair. The restaurant, operated by Qianxi Robotics Group, a subsidiary of Country Garden, is said to be the city’s first hot-pot restaurant to utilize robots. The group is planning to open more robot-equipped restaurants across the city.
