Any enterprise or individual business that meets the criteria specified in the measures taking on a new loan from a bank under the administration of Shenzhen between February 1 and April 30 can enjoy a subsidy of 50% of the actual interest payment, for a maximum of 6 months, at a cap of 1 million yuan.
