Based onthe Minzhi International Block, Minzhi International Talent Community is located around the Shenzhen North Railway Station. Bounded by Nanping Expressway and Meilin in the south, Renmin Road and Bulong Road in the north, Minzhi International Talent Community consists of four communities, namely Mintai, Baishi Long, North Station and Daling, covering an area of about 7.5 square kilometers.
In recent years, Minzhi Subdistrict, in accordance with the overall deployment ofthe Shenzhen International Talent Community construction guidance, has adopted more active talent policies, created a better environment for the talents, comprehensively improved the level of talent services and set the standards for the construction of international talent communities of Shenzhen.

Minzhi International Talent Community actively promotes the construction ofthe Hongshan International Service Center, which provides “one-stop” services for international talents, including temporary accommodation registration, legal tax publicity and consultation and work permit application services. Relying on the service center, Minzhi International Talent Community builds “online + offline” services platforms and provides communication channels for the talents.
