Introduction

The Yantian Banshan Greenway (Enshang-Yantian Senior High School Section) runs 9 kilometers from Shatoujiao Forest Farm to Yantian Senior High School, realizing the linkage of one wetland park, three parks, eight mountain and sea viewing platforms, and eight climbing entrances, which are organically combined with the jurisdiction's urban belt and coastal recreation belt, and scientifically utilizes the natural resources of the mountains and the sea. It is an ecological project that includes "leisurely climbing halfway up the mountain and having a panoramic view of the mountain, the sea and the city." The greenway has constructed a slow trail system with varying lengths that can satisfy different target groups of different experience levels. The trail system also provides a scientifically designed forest defense system by connecting key nodes including climbing entrances, viewing platforms, and reservoirs, and by establishing additional fire lookout points and forest defense stations, in order to improve the convenience and comfort for tourists.

Transportation Guidelines

Line 1: Take Bus 85, 308, 358, B924, E26, M191, M199, M205 and get off at Yantian District Government Stop (盐田区政府公交站) or Metro Haishan Station Stop, and then walk 2.4 kilometers to the entrance of Shatoujiao Forest Farm

Line 2: Take Bus 68, B925, B982, M348, M444 and get off at Shenzhen Foreign Languages School Stop (深圳外国语学校站) or Metro Shenwai Senior Campus Station Stop, and then walk 2.6 kilometers to the front gate of Yantian Senior High School
