Introduction to the Park Featured attractions

Julongshan Wetland Park is located at the junction of Pingshan District and the city of Huizhou; adjacent to Julongshan Park in the west, Jinxiu Central Road in the north, Jinlian Road in the east, and Juqing Road in the south. The park was built in November 2011, and opened to the public in May 2017. With the meandering river as the axis, the park creates a landscape of "wetland, river, lake, grass, forest" by focusing on "ecological protection and restoration" and "wetland display" as its two design concepts. The topography is patterned with wetlands, rivers, lakes, grasslands, and forests to establish a healthy regional ecological ecosystem. The park's overall style is natural, simple, and diverse. The park features a wide range of landscape plantings, most of which are made up of more than 100 different species of trees, including flame trees (Delonix regia).

Area A4 takes lake wetland as the theme, allowing visitors to feel the beauty of the lake's rippling water, while Area A5 takes forest wetland as the theme, which covers a large number of aquatic mangrove vegetation on both sides of the water system to form a dense forest. Area A5 not only provides visitors with natural oxygen, but also attracts a variety of birds in the neighborhood.
