Turtle Hill Park was upgraded and reconstructed in 2018 by the Guangming District Public Works Bureau with a construction area of about 86,000 square meters. The park has a green area of about 22,000 square meters. The area of the hard ground is about 15,600 square meters, the area of mountainous woodland is about 48,000 square meters, and the area of water is about 660 square meters.

A stage is set in the park. In addition, the park is equipped with children's recreational facilities for national defense education, one table tennis room, one basketball court, one tennis court, one badminton court, and other recreational and fitness facilities for sports, cultural and fitness activities. The park is lush with trees and rich vegetation, and from the foot of the mountain to the top of the hiking trail is designed to elegantly meander through the corridors and viewing platforms.
