Lingzhi Park, located in the center of Xin'an Old Town of Bao'an Central Cluster, was built in the winter of 1991. With a site area of about 12.28 hectares, it is an earlier urban park in Bao'an District.

The park is dedicated to lingzhi mushrooms (Ganoderma lucidum), representing filial piety and morality of the ancestors of Shanghe villagers, and is also spiritually, historically, and culturally significant.
