Introduction to the Park Featured attractions

The main body of Xili Eco Park is located on Jigong Mountain on the east side of Nanguang Expressway and the west side of Dashi 1st Road in Nanshan District. With a total area of about 235,000 square meters, the municipal park adheres to the concept of preserving its original ecology, combining the original ecology and farming land and integrating ecology, leisure and health.

Xili Eco Park is themed as an "urban green lung, a social living room and an environmental protection classroom," with a coffee bar, a lounge, a visitors' service center (also functioning as a book bar), a science and experience museum of garbage classification, five restrooms (including baby care rooms), and two parking lots that provide 100 parking spaces. It also includes the installation of a litchi forest, leisure activity areas, hiking trails, landscape bridges, nature education centers, ecological civilization corridors and other facilities, all of which perfectly integrates the natural idyll with urban space.

(1) Huanqin Area

The Huanqin Area is located in the main entrance area of Xili Eco Park, and on the left side is the Litchi Eco-Jungle. A visitor service center has been built on the right side, where visitors can sit next to the pool while enjoying the scenery and a view of the modern ecological building complex.

(2) Culture Garden

The Culture Garden is located in the north side of Xili Eco Park where the terrain is low. The Taichi Culture Center is skillfully "embedded" into the surrounding natural terrain.

(3) Sunshine Lawn Area

The sunshine lawn area is one of the few relatively flat areas in Xili Eco Park. It happens to be centrally positioned in terms of both elevation and horizontal extent, and is the core activity space of the park.

(4) Children's Activity Area

On the south side of the lawn of Xili Eco Park is the children's adventure park and activity area, which is created by utilizing the topography of the terrain, including various challenging obstacles and rubber safety mats.

(5) Skywalk (creative design)

The glass skywalk at the top of Xili Eco Park is known as the "mirror of the sky." It is about 30 meters long with a maximum drop of 6 meters, resembling an exquisite crown adorning the mountaintop.

(6) Litchi Forest (regional culture)

The Nanshan litchi is a famous specialty of Shenzhen, and Xili Eco Park is an important litchi production area. Visitors can stand on the viewing platform overlooking the forest, which provides a different perspective for appreciating the Litchi Forest.

(7) Nanshan Experience Museum of Waste Classification

The Nanshan Experience Museum of Waste Classification in Xili Eco Park is an environmental popular science education platform. It aims to awaken the public's concern for the natural ecology and their responsibility for environmental protection through the dissemination of environmental knowledge and the experience of interesting educational activities.
