Local bryologist, Colombian teacher explore bryophyte world

Isaac Cohen, a high school biology teacher from Colombia, visited the Fairy Lake Botanical Garden on July 31 for the first time since he came to Shenzhen in 2017. Following the steps of local bryologist Dr. Zhang Li, Cohen appreciated the rarity of flora in the Shade Garden and was able to check out the heavenly subtropical rainforest scenery at the Youxi Valley, which is currently only open to group visits.
