Focusing on the fields of industrial automation measuring and control instruments and systems, information measurement and electronic measurement instruments, and scientific testing and analysis instruments, we will enhance the innovation capability of key components and products such as detectors, sensors, high-end oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers. We will establish major innovation platforms, such as the Shenzhen Institute for Technology Innovation, NIM, and the Advanced Testing and High-End Instrument Research Platform. We will support the creation of cluster areas in Nanshan, Bao’an, Longhua, and Guangming to enhance the level of localization, intelligence, greenization, and service-oriented development in the manufacturing of precision instruments.
