Responsibilities
Wang Shourui is responsible for commerce, finance, port affairs, foreign affairs, Hong Kong and Macao affairs, overseas Chinese affairs, Taiwan affairs and trade promotion.
He oversees the work of Municipal Commerce Bureau, Municipal Local Financial Regulatory Bureau, Municipal Office of Port of Entry and Exit, Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, Municipal Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, Municipal Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office and CCPIT Shenzhen.
He liaises with Qianhai Authority (Authority of Qianhai and Shekou Pilot Free Trade Zone), Shenzhen Customs, Ministry of Commerce Special Commissioner's Office in Shenzhen, People's Bank of China Shenzhen Branch, Shenzhen Bureau of National Administration of Financial Regulation, China Securities Regulatory Commission Shenzhen Office, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and Central Government-owned financial institutions based in Shenzhen.
Biography
Wang Shourui, male, ethnic Han, born in May 1966, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a bachelor's degree in engineering and got a master's degree from Central Party School. He is now Vice Mayor, Member of the Party Leadership Group of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, and Secretary of CPC Bao'an District Committee.
