Responsibilities
Chen Qing is responsible for education, civil affairs, judicial administration, human resources and social security, public hygiene and health, veterans affairs, healthcare security, public complaints and proposals, ethnic and religious affairs, women and children affairs, arbitration. He oversees the work of Municipal Education Bureau, Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, Municipal Justice Bureau, Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Municipal Public Hygiene and Health Commission, Municipal Veteran Affairs Bureau, Municipal Healthcare Security Bureau, Municipal Public Complaints and Proposals Bureau, Municipal Ethnic and Religious Affairs Bureau, Municipal Women and Children Committee, Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (South China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Greater Bay Area International Arbitration Center, Shenzhen Arbitration Commission).
Biography
Chen Qing, male, ethnic Han, born in October 1968, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a master's degree in economics. He is currently Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, Member of the Party Leadership Group of Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, Chairman of Shenzhen Disabled Persons Federation and the Red Cross Society of China Shenzhen Branch.
