
Responsibilities
Ai Xuefeng is responsible for development and reform, human resources, social security,commerce, foreign affairs, Hong Kong and Macao affairs, Taiwan affairs, Overseas Chinese affairs, local financial regulation and services and trade promotion.
He oversees the work of Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, MunicipalCommerce Bureau, Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, Municipal Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office, Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office, Municipal Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, Municipal Local Financial Regulatory Bureau and Shenzhen CCPIT.
He liaises with Ministry of Commerce Special Commissioner’s Office in Shenzhen, the People’s Bank of China Shenzhen Central Sub-branch, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission Shenzhen Office, China Securities Regulatory Commission Shenzhen Office, Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and Central Government-owned financial institutions based in Shenzhen.
Biography
Ai Xuefeng, born in August 1965, is a male ethnic Han from Anlu, Hubei Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1984 and began his first job in August 1987. He holds a master’s degree in Economics.
