Charlotte is the most populous city in the U.S. state of North Carolina with about 810,000 inhabitants. As the country's second largest center for banking industry after New York, also the seat of the headquarters of Bank of America, it's a highly modernized industrial city. It became a friendship city of Shenzhen on March 16, 2017.
