Main duties:
1. Formulate strategies, plans, and policies related to rural revitalization and cooperation and exchange, and organize their implementation. Organize the drafting of local regulations and draft rules.
2. Coordinate the advancement of rural revitalization, promote coordinated development within urban areas, and facilitate common prosperity. Responsible for performance assessment and evaluation of rural revitalization efforts.
3. Coordinate and guide the work of east-west cooperation, paired assistance, targeted support, cooperation and exchange, provide services to stationed cadres, supervise and inspect the implementation and performance of assistance projects, promptly report to the authorities and make suggestions. Responsible for promoting coordinated regional development in paired areas and work related to the development of former Central Soviet areas and old revolutionary base areas. Mobilize social forces to participate in collaborative assistance and promote consumer assistance work.
4. Responsible for coordinating contacts, exchanges, reciprocal visits, joint meetings, group exhibitions, and other work with areas involved in assistance and cooperation and exchange. Responsible for comprehensive coordination and service work related to cooperation and exchange between Shenzhen and other inland regions.
5. Responsible for guiding and promoting agricultural and animal husbandry development, and guiding the modernization of agriculture and animal husbandry. Responsible for the legal protection of arable land and permanent basic farmland quality. Responsible for the organization and coordination of the "vegetable basket" project, as well as the supervision and management of agricultural and animal husbandry production safety.
6. Responsible for the overall planning, implementation management, performance evaluation, and other work related to funds and expenses in the fields of agricultural development, rural revitalization, and cooperation and exchange. Responsible for the supervision and management of the Education Assistance Fund of the western area.
7. Responsible for contact, coordination, and service of local offices stationed in Shenzhen.
8. Responsible for the construction of talent teams in the respective industry and field.
9. Complete other tasks assigned by the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, and superior authorities.
