Main duties:
1. Implement laws, regulations, and rules on government procurement. Participate in the formulation of relevant government procurement regulations. Establish and improve the centralized procurement operation rules.
2. Purchase items on the centralized procurement catalog and participate in the acceptance according to the law.
3. Organize and implement confidentiality, emergency, and major procurement projects and participate in the acceptance according to the law.
4. Provide places, networks, information and consulting services for the centralized government procurement platform.
5. Evaluate the benefits of the procurement projects admitted to the centralized government procurement platform.
6. Track and manage the review process and quality of review experts.
7. Accept and coordinate replies to inquiries and queries of government procurement projects and assist competent departments in handling complaints.
8. Establish the government procurement database, and make market surveys and price analysis.
9. As authorized by competent departments, establish and manage the unified centralized government procurement platform of the municipality. Archive contracts of government procurement projects. Establish and manage the supplier database and manage the liability fulfillment of suppliers.
10. Fulfill other duties stipulated by laws, regulations, and the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government.
